PHEB extends Appreciation to YB Lim Hui Ying 林慧英, Deputy Minister of Finance
The Penang Hindu Endowments Board (PHEB) extends our heartfelt appreciation to YB Lim Hui Ying 林慧英, Deputy Minister of Finance, for her continuous support and assistance in ensuring our temples receive the necessary aid, particularly in funding and community development.
Also present during the visit were Tan Sri Lim Kit Siang (林吉祥), YB Lim Guan Eng, and YB Ramkarpal Singh, whose presence further underscored their collective commitment towards preserving Penang’s rich religious and cultural heritage.
Representing PHEB were YB RSN Rayer, Jelutong Member of Parliament for Jelutong and Chairman of PHEB, YB Lingesh RA, Deputy Chairman of PHEB with PHEB Commissioners YB Kumaran Krishnan and Dato Dhinagaran Jayabalan.
PHEB would also like to take this opportunity to extends its heartfelt appreciation to YAB Chow Kon Yeow 曹觀友, Chief Minister of Penang, YB Jagdeep Singh Deo ‘Serving the People’, Deputy Chief Minister II, and YB Kumaresan Aramugam, for their continuous support and contribution towards the success of Thaipusam and other religious and community events in Penang.
Their collective efforts and commitment have been instrumental in ensuring that our festivals and temple activities are carried out smoothly, with proper coordination, safety, and inclusivity for all devotees.
