In conjunction with the auspicious Thai Ponggal Festival, Penang Hindu Endowments Board (PHEB) warmly invites all devotees to participate in special prayers and celebrations across the following temples:

Let us come together in gratitude and devotion to seek divine blessings for prosperity, harmony, and abundance.

As we prepare for the sacred observance of Thaipusam 2026, devotees and the public are invited to take note of the key rituals and processions leading up to this auspicious day.

From Vel Irakkam and preparatory poojas to the Shakthi Vel Golden Chariot processions, each ceremony carries deep spiritual significance, culminating in the commencement of Poosam Nakshatram. Please refer to the schedule above for dates and timings.

 Devotees are encouraged to plan their participation accordingly and observe all rituals with reverence and discipline.
