Appointment Ceremony of Temple Management Committee Chairpersons 2026 with Special Session with SPRM
The Penang Hindu Endowments Board proudly held the Appointment Ceremony for Chairpersons of Temple Management Committees under its administration on 5 October 2025 (Sunday) at SJK (T) Ramakrishna Hall, Penang.
The ceremony formally appointed the new chairpersons of various temple management committees and included the signing of the Corruption-Free Pledge β a key step in strengthening administrative structure and ensuring transparent and accountable governance across temples.
The event was attended by representatives from the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (SPRM), serving as strategic partners in promoting integrity and good governance.
A special dialogue session with SPRM was also held, focusing on the importance of integrity, responsibility, and corruption-free practices within temple management.
