Applications are open to full time eligible students enrolled in Certificate, Diploma and Degree programs.
The PHEB has decided to give preference to students taking up Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), IT or any skills development programs for the year 2022.
The closing date for applications is 22nd September 2022.
