Penang Hindu Endowments Board is pleased to announce the launch of the “Top Scorer SPM 2023” program, aimed at recognizing students who achieve the highest scores ( 7As and above ) in the 2023 Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) examination. Each top scorer will be honoured with a token of appreciation amounting to RM 500.
